How do you charge?
We charge on an hourly basis. Prior to the start of the project we discuss an agreed KPI / SLA on an hourly basis.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Our suggested number of hours is 40 hours per week for maximum results but we accept projects for as low as 20 hours per week.
How do I pay for your services?
G9 Outsourcing charges on a 50% pre-payment for new clients and we raise an invoice at the end of every month. Payment can be done via PayPal or wire transfer.
Can you provide other services not listed here?
Yes, being a boutique BPO we are able to tailor fit solutions which you may need.
