Are your Representatives actual employees of your company or are they independent contractors?
Our CSR or customer service representatives are full time employees of the company. They are provided training on basic customer service skills prior to onboarding them.
How do you guarantee that I can get your mentioned “Customer Satisfaction”?
For each task we select corresponding employees according to their individual skills. These skills have been verified through training and mock tests. Furthermore, their skills are continuously subjected to evaluation based on the work results. In addition, the high quality of the work results are secured by special quality management measures such as statistical process control, audits, peer reviews and evaluation.
How great is the risk that the results do not meet my expectations?
Before we start the project, we discuss Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the customer. We will aim to achieving those said KPIs and SLAs. Furthermore, when we notice that we are dealing with unforeseen challenges in the middle of the project, we set up several plans to counteract the said challenges and transparently discuss with our Clients the possibility and the strategies we built during that moment.
What is the minimum contract?
For best results, we require a minimum contract of 1 month or a total of 160 hours spent.
